Q1: I don't have Winamp - can I still tune in? |
| A1: Yes you can listen in all major media players (or without one at all using Flash) . We just like Winamp. |
| Q2: I tried using the Flash Player but it doesnt work? |
A2: Do you have Flash installed on your computer? Most people already have this on their computer regardless of operating systems. Get Flash HERE or click the image above (its free) |
| Q3: When I click on a Media Player listen link the music doesn't start. |

| Q4: I've done that and still can't tune in... |
A4: If you still can't tune in and are receiving a message saying "Service Unavailable" please check the Timetable and News pages to see if we are broadcasting. If this hasn't solved your problem, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we shall try and fix the problem. |
| Q5: I have tuned into the 128k Stream/ 64k Stream but it keeps "buffering", why? |
A5: A very small amount of buffering is normal, however if the buffering is frequent this is probably because your internet connection is not fast enough. Try listening to the next speed down eg. if you were on the 128 move down to the 64. If the problem persists please Contact Us and we will shall try and fix the problem. |
| Q6: The chatroom wont let me in! |
A6: There may be a couple of possible reasons for this. Firstly do you have the latest version of Java installed? Get it HERE If your Java is up to date then you maybe on a proxy IP, these are usually banned from the server to stop chatroom bots and "flooding", to request your IP be removed from the ban list put your IP address in HERE and send. Your IP should then be lifted from the ban asap. If you continue to experience problems Contact Us |
